Grading Day Tomorrow (Aug.24)!
Reminder that our next grading is happening tomorrow so our Youth/Adult Karate and Weapons classes will be canceled. Aikido will be taught at 1:15pm. All other classes will run as scheduled.

Don’t forget that the Wolf Pack games for Youth (16 and under) and Lil’ Dragons are happening tonight (June 24) at 5:30pm! All classes except for BJJ are cancelled.

Don’t forget that Spin is cancelled tomorrow due to Sensei Jennifer’s and Averie Smith’s Ultra Marathon.
The afternoon Karate class is cancelled due to the grading happening at 1:30pm. Our next grading day for Lil’ Dragons, Karate, and Aikido students is June 15. Aikido students and Orange and Higher belt Karate students wishing to test should fill out a Request to Grade form and submit it by June 1 in order to be considered for testing.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but also wish the best of luck to Sensei Jennifer and Averie, and to the students testing tomorrow!
All classes will be cancelled from May 18-20 except for the SPECIAL 2-HOUR MARATHON SPIN CLASS on Saturday! We hope everyone has a safe and happy Victoria Day weekend!
