Our next Grading Day is this Saturday! With the exception of Spin and Lil’ Dragons, some classes might be altered, rescheduled, or cancelled. Please consult the newsletter for the schedule.

Reminder that there will be no classes Aug.29-Sept.1. We hope everyone has a safe and happy Labour Day weekend. We will re-open Tues. Sept.2 with some changes to our martial arts schedule. Martial arts students should check their email for details.

Please be advised that with the exception of Friday’s 20/20/20 fitness class, the dojo will be closed from Aug.1-4. We hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend!

Our estimated time for restoration has been changed to 7:45pm. We are going to cancel all classes for tonight. We apologize for the inconvenience. This is totally beyond our control…and frustrating.

Our power is now out and we are being told it won’t be running again until 6:15 tonight. Classes are cancelled until further notice.

Just a reminder that although Spin and Lil’ Dragons are running, all other classes will be cancelled due to the Youth/Adult Karate grading and our first ever END OF SCHOOL YEAR CELEBRATION!
