Wow! Lots of rain today but the forecast for Saturday still looks great!  Have you registered for our outdoor classes yet?

Reminder that there are no classes tomorrow (July 1).  We hope everyone has a safe and happy Canada Day!

Due to the provincial government implementing Stage 1 of the reopening plan on Friday, we are happy to announce that we will be offering outdoor martial art classes starting this weekend. Martial art students should check their email for details.

As mentioned in our weekly update emails for martial art students, there will be no classes tomorrow except for Lil’ Dragons due to the kyu (colour) belt testing happening at 10:15am.

Due to the provincial shutdown, we are reverting to our online Lockdown Class Schedule.  Please consult the mobile app, newsletter, and website for details.  Don’t forget that we have classes running on Monday!

Although there are martial art classes on Saturday, there will be no martial  art or fitness classes on Monday.  We hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday weekend!
