There will be no classes tonight due to the beginner Karate grading happening at 6:30pm. Weapons, Aikido, and BJJ will be cancelled tomorrow due to the BJJ tournament happening in Whitby.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

We’re so excited to be offering Glow in the Dark Karate tomorrow during the Lil’ Dragon and morning Karate classes!  White Karate uniforms show up the best, but students are welcome to wear whatever they think would look cool under the black lights.

Reminder! Wolf Pack Games are on tonight at 5:30pm for Lil’ Dragon and Youth Karate students. All classes except the 7pm Brown and Black Belt class and the 8pm Adult Beginner Jiu Jitsu class are cancelled.

Only BJJ and Iaido will be running Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday due to most of our staff and senior students being away at the Capital Conquest event this weekend.  Spin, the Saturday Lil’ Dragons class, and all Karate and kobudo classes will be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience.
