Don’t forget that there are no classes this weekend due to the large number of students and instructors travelling to Ottawa for Capital Conquest. Classes are cancelled from Oct.31 (Halloween) and from Nov.1-3 due to Capital Conquest.

Our next Grading Day is this Saturday. Please check the newsletter for the as some classes have been rescheduled or cancelled.

Our NEW White to Yellow Advanced class starts tomorrow from 7-7:30pm!

With the exception of the 2 hour marathon Spin class on Saturday, all classes are cancelled this weekend.

Capital Conquest is happening Nov.1-3! Due to most of our instructors and senior students attending, all classes will be cancelled for that weekend, but everyone is welcome to join us. White belt students will LOVE it! Register now at www.capitalconquest.info.

Reminder that our next grading is happening tomorrow so our Youth/Adult Karate and Weapons classes will be canceled. Aikido will be taught at 1:15pm. All other classes will run as scheduled.
