No Classes This Weekend (Aug.29-Sept.1)
Reminder that there will be no classes Aug.29-Sept.1. We hope everyone has a safe and happy Labour Day weekend. We will re-open Tues. Sept.2 with some changes to our martial arts schedule. Martial arts students should check their email for details.

Classes Cancelled Tonight (June 23).
Our estimated time for restoration has been changed to 7:45pm. We are going to cancel all classes for tonight. We apologize for the inconvenience. This is totally beyond our control…and frustrating.

Our power is now out and we are being told it won’t be running again until 6:15 tonight. Classes are cancelled until further notice.

Grading and FREE Ice Cream Today (June 21)!
Just a reminder that although Spin and Lil’ Dragons are running, all other classes will be cancelled due to the Youth/Adult Karate grading and our first ever END OF SCHOOL YEAR CELEBRATION!
Come and enjoy some FREE ice cream with us at 1pm!

Beginner Youth/Adult Karate Grading on May 31!
Reminder that on Saturday the Aikido class will be at 12:15pm and the afternoon karate class is cancelled due to the beginner Youth/Adult Karate grading.
