Just a reminder that there is no afternoon Karate class on Saturday and no classes are running on Monday.  We hope everyone has a happy and safe Thanksgiving!

All kids 6 and older are welcome to join us for Youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at 7pm on Mondays and NOW THURSDAYS starting tomorrow night!

The Tuesday weapons class for Orange and Higher belts has moved to Wednesdays starting this week.  Please check the newsletter for the weapon being focused on during these classes.  This week, it’s eku and sai.
