Sending out a heads up that Sensei Jonathan will not be able to teach teach his weapons class at 12:15pm this Saturday.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

No excuses!  All classes are running today!  Let’s work off some chocolate!

Reminder that due to the grading, all classes except for Spin and Lil’ Dragons will be cancelled on Saturday!

Due to the possible chance of bad weather and the fact that Arif lives so far out of town, we will be cancelling the Youth BJJ class tonight.  All other classes will run as scheduled including the adult BJJ class at 8pm.
