Reminder to all students that Superhero shirts can be worn in all classes today. No dogi top or belt is required. Anyone wishing to still wear their full uniform is welcome to do so.

No Classes Victoria Day
Although all classes except for our beginner weapons (kama, tonfa, sai) class at 12:15pm will be running on Saturday May 21, all classes on Victoria Day will be cancelled.
