Attention Ladies! Due to April being a busy month, we’re only able to offer one Fight Fit class for you this week. Don’t miss out! Class starts promptly at 8pm!
Our special guest instructor, Hanshi Alain Sailly is now in town and ready for action!
The Youth class (ages 6-11) starts at 5:30pm and the Teen/Adult class (ages 12 and older) is at 7pm.
Don’t forget to bring money for souvenir T-shirts! They are $20 each (cash only) and can be purchased at the dojo.

Shihan will be teaching a one hour class this Saturday from 2:15pm-3:15pm. He will be covering the self defence portion of our martial arts curriculum for both our Youth and Adult Karate students (all levels). Price is $10 per person. Please register on or before Thursday March 13 to participate.
Our new Saturday class schedule for Karate and Aikido classes starts March 1. You should have received an email with all the details if you are a martial arts student. Please contact us if you did not.

9th degree black belt, Hanshi Kevin Blok will be here teaching a 12-16 hour Control and Defensive Tactics course to anyone interested in increasing their self defence knowledge. All techniques have been RCMP certified and are the same ones used for control and detainment of subjects in law enforcement scenarios.
