Kumite
- Oi Zuki Jodan: Kokutsu dachi 45 degrees with shuto and mawashi geri to upper outside of partner’s right front leg. Shift into zenkutsu dachi with gyaku zuki
- Oi Zuki Jodan: nagashi uke (sweeping block), gyaku zuki
- Mae Geri Jodan Zuki: juji uke gedan, kaisho juji uke jodan, grab and pull attacker in, hitsu geri (knee strike)
- Mawashi Geri Jodan: Kokutsu dachi 45 degrees to right, jodan shuto, shift to zenkutsu dachi, gyaku zuki
