Reminder: We have special guest instructors today (Apr.30)!

Don’t forget that due to Joe Maadi Sensei and Brian Aylward Shihan being at the Okamikan today, Spin and Lil’ Dragons are still running, but all other classes will follow the schedule found in our newsletter. 10:15 Maadi Sensei, 11:15 Aylward Shihan, 12:15 Volley class with them and Campsall Shihan.  We hope all of our martial art students can join us for one, two, or all three fun classes!

This class meets all the requirements for a great fitness class.
